DAVE MATTHAI

After traveling around the world and living in numerous cities and small towns, Dave experienced a diverse range of cultures and societies. These experiences were the groundwork upon which he built Matthai Properties llc.

Dave’s education instantly put him in a unique category for the real estate development world.

Dave received a Bachelors of Fine Arts in graphic design from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. He developed skills that would prove useful in real estate development such as, problem solving, planning, deadlines, interior design, and universal unique thinking.

After an exhaustive study of cities in the United States, Dave decided that Philadelphia offered all of the elements he was looking for to launch his development venture.
